These services are available 4 hours to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week:

What Can Your Caregiver  Do:

• Assist with bathing, including shower or bed bath

• Help with shampoo, oral care, back care and foot soaks

• Provide incontinent care include diaper changes

• Change bed linens

• Do laundry

• Assist with transfers, i.e.. bed to wheelchair

• Provide bed bound care

• Assist with walking, walker, cane, help with exercises

• Prepare and serve meals

• Assist with feeding and drinking as needed

• Shop for groceries

• Assist or remind to take medications

• Accompany to MD and other appointments

• Provide socialization and companionship

After Care Support Services

Home Care Network, Inc was created to serve the changing needs of our society while maintaining the traditional values of the home and family.  In keeping with that mission, there are those times that require some special attention.   As difficult as it is, life goes on after the loss of a loved one or friend.

After Care is a specialized program and service to help ease the transition back into daily life routines after the loss of a loved one or friend.

Many details remain after the funeral service when everyone returns home.

After Care services may include companionship, sleepovers, errands, accompaniment to appointments, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with donation or disposal of items, and other tasks which are required after the loss of a loved one or friend.

After Care is specially designed to meet your individual support needs.

After Care may be provided for a few days or as long as it is needed.

After Care Support Services are provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides with skills in After Care services.

Your “After Care“ support person has been carefully screened regarding reference checks, local and state criminal background checks and tested and interviewed by the HCN staff.

A registered nurse is available to assist you with your support needs.
